What ages does Inspired Minds care for?
We care for children from six weeks to five years of age. Our centre is organised into four age-based rooms — Nido (0–2 years), Toddler (2–3 years), Preschool (3–4 years) and Kindy/School Readiness (4–5 years) — so every child learns in an environment suited to their stage of development.
Where is Inspired Minds located?
We’re located at 51 & 53 Manning Street, Tuncurry, NSW 2428. We serve families right across the Forster-Tuncurry region and surrounding areas, including Nabiac, Old Bar, Hallidays Point and Diamond Beach.
What are your opening hours?
We’re open Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, to suit a range of family and work schedules.
Is Inspired Minds a Montessori centre?
Our program is grounded in Montessori principles and aligned with the national Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF). This means our educators prepare a purposeful, hands-on environment and follow each child’s interests and readiness, encouraging concentration, independence and a love of learning. We are one of the few centres in the Forster-Tuncurry area with this Montessori-inspired focus.
Is Inspired Minds Early Learning Centre Child Care Subsidy (CCS) approved?
Yes. Inspired Minds is an approved Child Care Subsidy provider. Eligible families can receive CCS to help reduce the cost of care. The amount depends on your family income, activity level and care type, and our team is happy to help you understand the process.
Do you offer a school readiness program?
Yes. Our Kindy and School Readiness room is designed for children aged four to five years, focusing on the confidence, independence and foundational skills that support a smooth transition to school.
How do you keep parents updated on their child’s day?
We document each child’s learning, milestones and special moments using OWNA, so you can stay connected to your child’s day and progress wherever you are.
