What You Will Get in This Service

At Inspired Minds Early Learning Centre, our Preschool Program (ages 3–5) bridges curiosity with foundational learning. Drawing on Reggio Emilia’s child-led exploration and Montessori’s hands-on, self-paced approach, we offer an environment where each child’s interests guide discovery, creativity, and emerging academic skills.

Our Approach to Preschool Education

We combine thoughtfully prepared environments with intentional teacher facilitation. Classrooms are arranged in inviting “atelier” spaces—art, science, practical life, and quiet reading—allowing children to choose materials that spark their imagination. Educators observe and document progress, then introduce new provocations aligned with each child’s developmental path.

What We Offer

Reggio Emilia-Inspired Project Work

Children investigate real-world themes—like “Gardens” or “Light and Shadow”—through collaborative projects. They explore, document, and present findings, developing communication skills and a sense of agency.

Practical-Life & Sensorial Activities

Our shelves feature Montessori-certified materials: pouring exercises, bead-stringing, and sensory bins that refine fine motor control and spatial reasoning. Children learn care of self, others, and the environment.

Literacy & Numeracy Foundations

Through guided lessons and self-correcting materials, preschoolers practice letter sounds, early reading, counting, and simple arithmetic—building confidence before formal schooling.

Social-Emotional Development

Using circle time, conflict-resolution workshops, and “peace tables,” children learn empathy, cooperation, and self-regulation in a supportive community.

Outdoor & Nature-Based Learning

Daily access to our natural playground encourages risk-managed adventure, gardening, and seasonal investigations, reinforcing Reggio Emilia’s emphasis on the natural world as a “third teacher.”
